The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP):
1. Gives food coupons to older adults with low income.
2. Coupons can be used to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs at farmers’ markets.
3. Helps open new farmers’ markets in Maryland.
4. Teaches older adults how to eat healthy.

About
The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program helps low-income seniors get fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and honey.
* Gives $30 in coupons to each person who qualifies.
* Coupons can be used at farmers’ markets, roadside stands, and community farm programs.
* Includes nutrition tips to help you eat healthy.
* Coupons are given out starting in early July.
* Coupons are available first come, first served.
