General Information
The ROAR Center in Baltimore helps people who have been victims of crime. They offer help with legal issues, housing, health care, and therapy. Services are for all ages, races, gender identities, and income levels.
Right now, all help is given by phone or video. Leave a message, and someone will call you back on Tuesday or Thursday.
They also share links to other groups that help with legal services, domestic violence, and support for immigrants.

ROAR helps people who have been hurt by crime, along with their families. They support survivors of all kinds of crime, like assault, identity theft, hate crimes, or losing a loved one to violence.
Right now, all meetings are by phone or video. Staff are working from home and will return calls and emails during the day.
