Chase Brexton offers health services, including mental health care and support groups for the LGBTQ+ community. You can get care in person or by video.

All locations offer free walk-in HIV tests. (Partner testing is not available right now.) Patients can also call (410) 837-2050 to make a flu shot appointment.
