General Information
We help Veterans deal with substance abuse, homelessness, mental health, and unemployment through our 24-hour therapeutic and educational programs.
Payments accepted: Medicare, Medicaid, Federal military insurance (e.g., TRICARE), Cash or self-payment
For your apppointment bring: 1) Veteran Health ID Card (VHIC). 2) Cards for any other types of health coverage you may have (like Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or private insurance plan). 3) Your appointment confirmation letter. 4) List of your current medications including prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and any herbal supplements.

Offer aftercare/continuing care, discharge planning, and naloxone/overdose education to ensure long-term recovery.

Offers Buprenorphine and Methadone maintenance for opioid treatment and medication for alcohol use disorder. Provide hospital inpatient and outpatient detoxification.

Mental Health services include: anger management; brief intervention; cognitive behavioral therapy; contingency management/motivational incentives; motivational interviewing; relapse prevention; substance use disorder counseling; trauma-related counseling.
