Provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and outpatient counseling for those struggling with an opioid use disorder.
24/7 appointment scheduling, same-day admissions, contact HERE.
Medication Hours: Mon-Fri: 5:30am-11:30am, Sat: 5:30am-9:30am.
Payments Accepted: Commercial Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Self-Pay.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Provides patients with relief from the painful symptoms of withdrawal using methadone, buprenorphine, or Suboxone. Incorporates prescription medication and counseling to help you recover from opioid use.
Medicating Hours differ from normal business hours.
How to Apply:
You will complete a thorough evaluation and meet with a medical professional prior to starting treatment. Our medical staff works closely with you to determine which medication and dosage level is best for you.Individual Counseling
