Services are made for each individual’s challenges.

Intensive Case Management
About
Support people back into their community. They help with physical and mental health, safe and affordable housing, money, and social skills. They provide services, resources, counseling, and skill training. Each staff will focus on help for fewer than 15 people.

About
Provide services to families who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and who are addicted to substances. They offer services such as assessment and referrals for supportive services. They also offer job training, childcare and parent training, and transportation services.
The goal is to help the family so the addicted parent can receive treatment and return to family through jobs.

The organization provides affordable housing for people with limited incomes in Baltimore City and County. Single family homes, duplexes and small apartment complexes offer the opportunity to participate in the community.
They often provide support services to tenants, but they are not a requirement of leasing.
