About
Provide safe and supported places for people to live. These homes are for people who have certain long-term health problems, need help with their mental health, or have developmental challenges. Staff are there to help and keep everyone safe.

Supportive Employment Program (SEP)
About
Provide a support system, teach important skills, and connect people to their community. The program includes: Assessing needs and figuring out how to help; Working with community partners; Teaching new skills; Helping with job placement; Offering ongoing support
Primary Care and Weight Management Services
About
The program help people stay healthy and manage their weight with care from doctors and nurses. They listen to what people need.
This includes: Helping people stay healthy, like with vaccines; Check-ups every year or when needed; Tests on health; Care for sicknesses that come and go, or last a long time; Help after injuries or illness; decrease pain and improve health conditions.
Options available include: Help with eating healthy and choosing the right foods; Coaching for weight loss and planning meals; medicines and vitamin to support health and weight goals: Phentermine; B12, Lipotropic, Glutathione, and HCG Injections; AOD TrocheIt.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
About
The program offers personal care to help people with mental health challenges. They teach skills to help with daily life and support recovery.

Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC)

The Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC) helps people of all ages with their mental health. They provide care that is tailored to each person’s needs.
Services include: Evaluations to understand your needs, Talking with a doctor to help with mental health (psychiatric evaluation), Counseling for individuals, families, couples, or groups, Help with managing medications, Mobile treatment, Care required by the court
DUI/DWI Education
About
This program includes six, two-hour sessions for people who are required by the court to take part in an Alcohol Education Program (AEP) because of a DWI/DUI. Once you finish, you will get a certificate for completing the 12-hour program.
Medication Assisted Treatment
(Withdrawal Management)About
Provides opioid and alcohol maintenance treatment with Suboxone, Subutex, Zubsolv Vivitrol, Sublocade-injectable buprenorphine, and Other Medication Assisted Treatment.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
(Level 2.1)About
This is a** 26-week treatment** at the office that helps people who struggle with substance abuse. They learn how to stay safe, avoid using again, handle emotions, and work on getting better.
Outpatient Services (OP)
(Level 1)About
This is a 26-week program that includes both group and one-on-one sessions twice a week (90-120 minutes each) at the office. It helps with learning about substance abuse, preventing relapse, managing emotions, and working on recovery.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
(Level 2.5)About
This program helps people who have emotional or behavior problems because of substance use. It includes 30 hours of treatment each week, usually five days a week, about six hours a day.
It’s for people who don’t need to stay in the hospital all day but need help to stay from substance use and avoid relapsing.
Residential Treatment
(Level 3.5)About
Offer chore services, companion services, personal care services, and respite services.
Care is available twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week.
