New Vision House of Hope (NVHOH) offers a variety of services including: permanent housing assistance and referrals, Substance Abuse Treatment Program, employment readiness/entrepreneurial workshops, men’s and women’s support groups, personal development, healthy-living training, and HIV/AIDS counseling and support. Homeless Veteran Re-integration Program

This organization provides transitional housing to clients for 6 months up to 1 year. The program includes seven transitional houses and three women's shelter locations that cater to those battling addiction, HIV/AIDS, or homelessness. About
This organization offers a community based substance abuse treatment program. They have a Standard Outpatient option, which involves less than 9 hours of treatment per week. They also have an Intensive Outpatient option, which involves a minimum of 9 hours of treatment per week. Treatment includes Early Recovery Skills, Relapse Prevention, Stress Management & Emotiona… al Well being, Alcohol & Other Drug Education, and Social Support Groups. Services include: individual counseling, random toxicology screenings, resources and referrals, and mental health groups for members.

Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)

In collaboration with the US Department of Veteran Affairs, NVHOH is now operating a Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program to help serve very low income Veterans (both individuals and Veterans and their families) who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Services include referrals for permanent housing and jobs, rental assistance/utilities, trans… sportation, assistance with applying for benefits, and referrals for primary medical care (mental health and substance use disorders).
