Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program For Adults
(PRP)About
PRP works to assist individuals living with mental illness to reach a higher level of independence. The PRP program assists participants with accessing and coordinating services and resources. To refer someone, click here.
People will need to bring in copies of Birth Certificate of 1) Immunization Record 2) Physical Examination 3) Insurance Card 4) Social Security Card 5) School Records (report card, IEP ) for children and adolescents 6) Proof of Guardianship (for children) 7) Prior Mental Health History. Eligibility:
To be eligible, one has to satisfy 1) Referral from treating Licensed Mental Health Professional 2) Maryland Medicaid and/or proof of application 3) A psychiatric diagnosis that meets the priority population definition as determined by the Mental Health Authority 4) Intake and Rehabilitation Assessment with National Pike staffPsychiatric Rehabilitation Program For Children

To be eligible, youth should be 1) 6-17 years of age 2) Referral from treating Licensed Mental Health Professional 3) Have an Axis I diagnosis from a licensed mental health professional 4) Currently have ACTIVE Maryland State Medicaid 5) Intake and Rehabilitation Assessment with National Pike staff (Parent or Legal Guardian Must be Present)Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
(OMHC)About
Offers community-based care for diverse mental health needs in English. The OMHC provides individual/group/family therapy and medication management services. Offers services for life challenges, relationship issues, and behavioral issues with a child or teen, depression, anxiety, trauma and persistent mental illness. To refer someone, click here.
