Security Deposit Assistance

If you are a Baltimore City resident, have an income at or below 80% of Area Median Income, and have experienced negative financial impacts due to COVID-19, you may be able to get help paying for a security deposit on an apartment or new lease. Once your application is approved, it will take five to seven business days to process and issue the payment. Go to https://www.bmorechildren.com/assistance to start your application.

You must be a Baltimore City residents, have an income at or below 80% of Area Median Income, and have experienced negative financial impact due to COVID-19.
