Water4All will provide you with assistance if you are unable to pay your water bill or at risk of having your water service cut off. If you are in need of water assistance, click here to fill out the interest form. Click here to get more information on the program
Eligibility:

The Baltimore City Rental Assistance Program is administered by the Community Action Partnership Centers (BCCAP) in the Mayor’s Office of Children and Family Success (MOCFS). Over the course of 30 calendar days, the Rental Assistance Program will provide case management and past-due base rental assistance for Baltimore City residents facing eviction. If you are a Baltimore City resident, have an income at or below 80% of area median income, and have experienced negative financial impact due to COVID-19, you may be able to get help paying for a security deposit on an apartment or new lease.
