General Information
Maryland Access Point (MAP) helps older adults and people with disabilities in Baltimore City. They work with Meals on Wheels and the Salvation Army to deliver free meals and groceries. You can get this help if you are 55 years old or older, or if you have a disability. To sign up, call MAP at 410-396-2273 and press 2. MAP will give your name to Meals on Wheels, and they will bring the food to your home. It usually takes about two weeks to start.
