Provide staffing and services on-site to assist those struggling with mental health disorders that often come with substance abuse disorders. Help individuals manage emotional, physical and social challenges.
Scheduling is flexible, Walk-ins welcome!
Payment accepted: Private health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid (help provided as needed).

Services
Outpatient Treatment Program (OTP)
About
Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) on-site led by a psychiatrist and licensed clinical therapists.
Outpatient treatment program uses a person centered approach consisting of 1-3 hours of individual or group therapy per week.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
About
Buprenorphine used to treat Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) as a medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
About
For individuals that require a more intense level of outpatient care. Consists of 9 hours of group therapy per week using the person centered model based on evidence based practice.
Referrals
About
Conduct comprehensive assessments for referral to appropriate level of care: mental health disorders, substance use disorders, intensive outpatient program (IOP) & DUI/DWI.
Community Health Access and Resource Module
