A new facility with 29 private treatment rooms.
Clinicians create a personalized plan of care for each patient. We provide patients with added support programs and connection to resources to assist with their health.
Services
Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment
(SBIRT)About
Patients are screened for potential substance use concerns with specific questions, and a peer recovery coach may speak to you if needed.
Overdose Survivors Outreach Program
(OSOP)About
Conduct outreach and engagement to survivors of an opioid overdose after discharge and referral from the emergency department. Works to aid patients in recovery and reduce risk of a relapse.
Coach will assist in completing referrals to recovery support and substance use treatment services.
Peer Recovery Support Services
About
Peer recovery coaches guide pregnant mothers and non-pregnant patients to resources.
We help patients who use illicit or prescription drugs or alcohol begin the path to recovery.
Emergency Care
About
The emergency department is the place to go to treat life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Also includes a behavioral health treatment pod for patients in psychiatric or behavioral health crisis.
