Offers comprehensive outpatient treatment services for those with substance use disorders.

Payments accepted: Private health insurance, state health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Sliding fee scale, & Payment assistance.

Health Services

About

A nurse practitioner and several internists provide weekly health care in a clinic on-site. They also oversee detoxification services.

Psychiatric Services

About

Offers two on-site clinics weekly for evaluation, medication management, brief treatment, and referral.

Audience:

For patients with other psychiatric disorders along with substance dependency.
Harm Reduction

About

Breath-test measurements of alcohol levels are conducted at each clinic contact and urinalysis testing for other drug use is conducted according to program guidelines.

Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings are hosted on-site during clinic hours.

Housing

About

A limited number of housing slots are available through the Broadway Center halfway house and the Helping-Up Mission for patients who are homeless or have unstable housing, as they work with clinic staff to find appropriate and stable housing.

Case Management

About

Representatives from some HealthChoice MCO's provide on-site case management for enrolled members.

Counseling

About

You receive individual counseling by a primary therapist/counselor. Provides treatment aimed at short-term problem solving (e.g., arranging stable housing), substance abuse education, sobriety planning and relapse prevention, HIV education and risk reduction counseling, and referral and follow-up to hospital and community resources.

Outpatient Program (OP)

About

Outpatient & Intensive outpatient treatment. Services include: Relapse prevention; Case management service; Early intervention for HIV; Mental health services; Social skills development; Suicide prevention services.

A variety of gender-specific groups are provided for women.

Outpatient opioid detoxification (Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT))

About

Medication-assisted Treatment for Alcohol, Opioids/Heroin.
Medications used: Disulfiram, Methadone, Buprenorphine, Naltrexone.
