General Information
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Baltimore is helping people with resettlement, health referrals, immigration legal help, and SNAP (food benefits). These services are offered by phone or online. To get help, you can fill out an appointment form here or call 443-956-7085 and leave a message. You can also come to the office on Tuesday or Thursday mornings between 9:30 A.M. and 11:30 A.M. for an intake. You do not need an appointment, but spots may be limited and wait times can change. Note:There are no walk-in intakes for immigration legal help on Thursdays. These must be scheduled ahead of time. The front desk is closed for lunch from 1:00 P.M. to 1:45 P.M.
