The Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) wants to make homelessness in Baltimore rare, brief, and not happen again. They do this by focusing on understanding people’s struggles, using data, and putting the needs of each person first. By working together with other groups, they aim to help people who are homeless right away and make the system for helping people in need more efficient.
