About
Partial Hospitalization is a daily treatment program requiring an individual to spend the day in a facility during treatment, when most of a person’s day (4-6 hours) is spent in sessions to provide the most comprehensive care and the client may return home. Provides a level of intensive care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders with medical staff and addition counselors using a variety of methods for addiction treatment.
If family members encourage negative habits like substance abuse, it can be very hard for a person to live at home during treatment, and therefore may benefit more from an inpatient treatment program.
