Located at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and North Avenue, the Pennsylvania Avenue branch serves the Sandtown-Winchester, Penn-North, Druid Heights, Mondawmin, Upton, Reservoir Hill, Bolton Hill, Madison Park, and Parkview/Woodbrook areas.
