Provides comprehensive library services to residents of Baltimore City, including loans of books, CDs, videos and DVDs; access to the Internet; community programs; services for persons who are visually or hearing-impaired; and information & referral to resources for the general public.

Located on the east side of Library Square, and serves the Patterson Park and McElderry Park neighborhoods.
