Prospect Place is a housing program for men who have been homeless for a long time. It is located in the Rosedale area of Baltimore County and has 12 studio apartments. One apartment and all shared spaces meet ADA rules for accessibility.

Each man has his own apartment and shares a large living room and laundry area. Case managers help residents get used to living in a home again and connect them with care for mental health, physical health, and substance use.

Residents can stay as long as they need. The goal is to give men a safe home and help them rebuild their lives.

To apply, you must be a man, at least 21 years old, in recovery, and willing to follow the program rules. You must come in for an in-person interview.
