General Information

Earl’s Place helps men who are getting better from addiction and do not have a home. Earl’s Place is a program for men who are working to recover from addiction and homelessness. It gives safe housing for up to two years. Each person gets their own room and a place to cook, shower, and keep their things.

Staff help with setting goals, finding health care, job training, and moving into a permanent home. Residents also get a mailing address for phone calls and letters.

To apply, you must be a man, at least 21 years old, in recovery, and willing to follow the program rules. You must come in for an in-person interview.

To learn more or set up a meeting, call 410-522-0225 or click here to fill out the contact form.

You can print an application here or fill one out online here. When you finish the application, email it to Jim Carey at jim@cchbaltimore.org.
