STEP One takes a holistic approach to therapy, which allows clients to understand healthy life balance in the areas of self, family, relationships, work/school, & spirituality. Their belief is that clients are not determined by their experiences but are self-determined by the meaning given to them. They also believe that all have the ability to improve their quality of life by identifying their strengths and where they fit in the world. If clients are struggling with addiction, housing, or mental issues, STEP One may be able to support them on their journey to improve their quality of life.
